The DME brew-house is a beautiful system to brew on and allows us to control the hot-side brewing process to consistently produce the finest wort. 

 

The Staes conical fermentation tanks allow us to ferment top quality craft ales and lagers by accurately controlling temperature during fermentation and allow us to efficiently chill down to (and maintain) our 0°c conditioning temperature.
